Transparent Anti-Rust
CTX Invisible Rust Prevention is a specially made with odorless solvent with high performance corrosion inhibitor to prevent rust on storage and spare parts. The protection will last for many months, up to a year depending on storage conditions. There is a lot of issue caused by rust on metal parts when they are in pre-production and in storage before reaching their final destination for final transformation or even before installation. This product is non-staining, so the treated metal can be stored and stacked without any discoloration of the parts. The ASTM B117 salt spray test proves that the protection against rust will last for many hours even in harsh exposure to air contaminated with salt.
The high-performance anti-rust inhibitors in this formula will help to repel the moisture and humidity from the metal parts, thus providing a long lasting protection during storage and shipping. Application can be made by dipping the part in the product, or applying with a brush, or simply vaporizing the product using conventional sprayers.
