CTX GEAR - SEMI SYNTHETIC GEAR OIL SERIES

CTX GEAR is a semi-synthetic oil specifically designed for worm gears, circulating lubrication systems, and closed gearboxes. This oil has high load resistance, allowing it to handle sudden load surges exceptionally well.

CTX GEAR provides optimal protection against oxidation, helps extend equipment life, and has a very low foaming tendency. Its formulation provides excellent anti-wear protection while preventing the formation of deposits and sludge in the system.

CTX ChainGuard is a premium fully synthetic chain lubricant specifically designed for extreme high-temperature applications. Formulated with advanced Multi-Ester technology and a high-strength tackifier system, it provides optimal adhesion and superior film durability.

Designed to lubricate conveyor chains, oven chains, tenter frame chains, and various chain-based equipment operating at high temperatures, CTX ChainGuard ensures stable lubrication and maximum protection under severe and continuous working conditions.

The ester-rich synthetic formulation provides excellent wetting properties, low evaporation, and high oxidation stability, ensuring the lubricant remains effective for longer. A special tackifier package improves adhesion to metal surfaces, reduces sling-off, and helps extend lubrication intervals.
