CTX SYNGEAR FG – Full Synthetic Food Grade Gear Oil
CTX SYNGEAR FG is a high-performance, fully synthetic oil specifically designed for high-performance gearbox systems and R&O circulation applications. Made using food-grade approved ingredients, this oil is NSF H1 certified, making it safe for use in the food industry.
This oil contains high-quality ashless additives to meet the lubrication needs and requirements of gearboxes, oil circulation systems, pneumatic pumps, chain lubrication, and vacuum pumps. Utilizing new generation MULTIESTER technology to improve gearbox performance and protection while helping to lower operating temperatures, even under heavy-duty conditions.
CTX SYNGEAR FG offers excellent oxidation protection, helps extend equipment life, and has a very low foaming tendency. It also provides excellent antiwear properties, prevents the formation of deposits and sludge, and has a high demulsification ability to separate water from the oil. Under proper operating conditions, this oil can be used for up to 8,000 hours.
